Average 1 bedroom rent: $1250. No change month over month. Up 5% year over year.
Average 2 bedroom rent: $1430. Down 1.4% month over month. Down 4.7% year over year.
Down 1.4% month over month. Down 4.7% year over year.
The Toronto Rental Stats:
Average 1 bedroom: $2,100. No change month over month. Down 8.7% year over year.
Average 2 bedroom: $2,640. Down 1.9% month over month. Down 7% year over year.
